The SM-EWW01 is a dedicated wireless unit for Shimano's Di2 electronic shifting systems, designed to bridge your drivetrain data with compatible cycling computers. It facilitates wireless communication using ANT+ protocol, enabling you to monitor vital information like gear position and battery level directly on your head unit. This unit is specifically compatible with older Di2 groupsets and battery types, such as Dura-Ace 9070, Ultegra 6870, Ultegra 6770, and the SM-BTR2 battery.

It integrates cleanly into your existing E-tube wiring system, requiring an E-tube cable for connection. Note that this particular model supports ANT+ communication only, meaning it does not offer Bluetooth LE connectivity for use with mobile E-Tube Project applications.
